Course Aims
Aim is to achieve ability in following;

Basic Concepts in Facility Layout: What is Facility, Facility and Environment, Process of Facility Layout, Opportunity and Feasibility Analysis, Facility Location Selection, Factors which are affected facility location selection, Model and technics, MODI, VAM and MACAR Algorithms, Quantitative Criterion of Facility Layout and Decision Making Method : ELECTRE, Basic Concepts in Workshop Layout, Principles in Workshop Layout, and Sort of Problem in Workshop Layout, Systematic Workshop Layout Planning, Operation Process Schema, Flow-Action Relationship Schema, Workshop Layout Model and Technicals, Setting Model and Solution of Model
