Course Aims | This course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills about forming human relations in educational environments and successfull management. |

Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit | 1. Explain the emergence, types and taxonomies of organizations 2. Comprehend the role of management in organization and explain the premises related to the management 3. Know the emergence and development of human relations in management movement, comprehend the approaches regarding the human behaviors and explain the reasons. 4. Know how to utilize natural groups to achieve the goals in management process. 5. Explain the sources and strategies of conflict management 6. Comprehend the impact of organizational culture and corporation climate on human relations in management 7. Explain the impact of leadership style on human relations in management 8. Explain the human behaviors of resistance to change in organizations 9. Explain the role of motivation, satisfaction and organizational behaviors to regularize the human relations |
Course Contents | The reasons for constitution of organizations, types and taxonomies of organizations, The role of management on organizational process, The emergence of human relations movement on management, Natural groups on magement process, Organizational culture and climate, The resistance to the change on organizational process, and motivation. |
