Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit | 1. Recognition of the structural materials. 2. Recognition of the traditional element. 3. To learn behavior of traditional structures. |
Course Contents | General information about traditional structural system, traditional structural materials and building techniques; Properties and usage of natural stone materials, wooden materials. Elements of traditional structural and carrier system; Masonry arch, bingi arch and masonry dome. Traditional stricture of analytic examination. In the traditional structural foundation-ground interaction. |
