To teach of designing Seafood processing plants and the processing plant units and conditions

To learn of good hygiene conditions required for a processing plant

Understanding the legal process to establish a processing plant

Ideally, learning the installation of a fish processing plant
Learning the processing plants have to meet sanitary and technical conditions
Course Contents
In Turkey, Seafood Processing, Processing Plant Location, staff and building Hygiene in Processing Plants, Properties of Materials Used in Processing Plants, Processing Plants Tools, Equipment and Facilities, must include the departments and warehouses in a Seafood Processing Plant (Chillers), appropriate in a Processing Plant Plan, Food Safety, Legal Procedures for Establishing a Processing Plant
