Course Aims
The purpose of this course is review of international criminal court?s history, jurisdiction, structure, organization of the prosecutor's office, stages of the investigation and prosecution.
Course Goals
The aim of this lesson is to teach students about International Criminal Court's history.
The other aim of this lesson is to teach International Criminal Court's structure and operation.
The aim of this lesson is to teach Court's personnel.
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
(The students learn international criminal jurisdiction, the structure, jurisdiction and applications of an international criminal court.
Students acquire basic knowledge about international criminal law.
Course Contents
International criminal law, international crimes and International Criminal Court are contents of the course.
