Course Aims
Apart from the political and economical achievements of Europe in the past, the salvation from the darkness of middle ages and causes of this phenomenon will be handled. The feudal political structure, production systems and middle social classes will be examined as well as the change in productivity of Europe with the geographical discoveries, denomination conflicts with renaissance and reform activities.

1 ? Middle ages art and architecture environment is studied
2 ? the reflections of philosophical trends to arts are examined.
Course Contents
The Middle ages architecture from Karolenj period handled and middle ages works are examined. Renaissance period west architecture studied after the after the middle ages. The religious and civilian architecture works are examined by the social, cultural, economic and aesthetics understanding of that period.
