The aim of this course is to compose the scientific base of the engineering sciences and to understand equilibrium and behaviors of bodies under different boundary conditions and various forces

Fundamental concepts and basic definitions of statics, Basic problem of the statics ( Equilibrium and addition of the planar and space force systems which are applied at a point, Force pairs), Calculations of the trusses, Friction, Center of gravity, methods of virtual work , Shear and bending moment in a beam, Cables
