Understanding and learning of some basic principles and technical properties about Construction Techniques Construction Management (with laboratory applications).

Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
1. Bring the basic scientific and engineering, informations
2. Understanding engineering structures and construction management.
3. Design of engineering structures and projecting the basic knowledge, and the basic knowledge required to design, to the horizon and skills.
Course Contents
National and international worksite organizations and documentation. Administrative, technical, financial, social functions and powers. Site layout and facilities. Construction sites. Construction sites and safety. Scheduling. Bar and circuit diagrams. Critical path method (CPM). Introduction to Building businesses and comparison with the other business. Administrative and financial regulations, procurement procedures. Contracting and services. Cost analysis. Financial planning.
