Course Aims
Teaching students about theoretical and practical knowledge of students about basic properties of fluids, fluid statics, fluid dynamics, fluid kinematics, friction in pipe flow and open channel flow in agricultural applications.
Course Goals
Enhance students about technical knowledge of fluid mechanics and their properties in agricultural applications.
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
Recognizing of fluids, and fluid techniques.
Making static calculations according to basic properties of fluids.
Making dynamic calculations according to the basic properties of fluids.
Calculation of pipe systems, and comparison with each other.
Calculation of open canal systems, and comparison with each other.
Course Contents
Application areas of fluid mechanics. Fluid statics, fluid dynamics, fluid kinematics.
