Course Aims
The aim of this course is to teach the movement of systems under the forces and to do calculation of force, acceleration, work, energy, impulse and momentum
Course Goals
1) to gain the ability of utilization of terms such as of force, acceleration, work, energy, impulse and momentum to solve the problems in engineering mechanics
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
1) Understand the basic terms in dynamics
2) Understand different dynamic systems in engineering
3) Solve the problems analytically in engineering mechanics
4) Describe the effects caused by external forces and loads in engineering systems
Course Contents
This course covers particle kinetics (force, acceleration, work, energy, impuls and momentum) and planar kinetics of rigid body (force, acceleration, work, energy, impulse and momentum)
