Course Aims
To teach the experimental measurements methods and applications
Course Goals
1) Experimental works related with machinability tests and cutting parameters.
2) Chip removal (Machining) theory
3) Cutting forces and theirs measurements
4) Tool wear evaluations and tool life tests,
5) Ýmportants criterion in other manufacturing methods (such a casting, rolling, welding, forging, cutting ) and its evaluations.
6) Obtaining the graphical of measurements values with matlab and other programs,
7) Evaluate the cutting and processes temperatures
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
Important dimesions for dynmometers design, modelling of cutting forces with such computer software
Give the graphicals for changing the cutting forces, wears, temperatures.
