Course Aims
The course objective is teaching the fundamental concepts of constitutional jurisdiction law and utilize this knowledge in the concrete and current situations.

Solid knowledge on the importance and functions of constitutional jurisdiction in the Turkish and comperative law field.

The status and formation of constitutional court, the responsibilities and authorization, action of nullity, objection way, individual application, jurisdictional activism.
