Course Contents
The purpose and importance of surface analysis, Electron Probe Microanalysis, Auger Electron Spectroscopy, Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy, Surface Mass Spectroscopy, Low Energy Elecron Diffraction and Rutherford Backscattering, Surface Vibrational Spectroscopy, Characterisation of surface structure by diffraction, Atomic Force Microscopy, Scanning Tunneling Microscopy.
