Course Aims
Providing students an understanding of the behavioral concepts that shape the behavior of the individuals and groups in an organization and will gain a conceptual understanding of the dynamics of the organizational behavior.

Learning the concept and practices of Organizational Behavior in Tourism Businesses
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
Gain an understanding of the behaviors of the individuals and groups in an organizational setting.
Gain a conceptual understanding of the organizational behavior.
Improve oral and written communication skills through class discussions and presentations.
Work effectively as part of a team participating and interacting in the group in a productive manner for him/herself and for the group as a whole.

Historical Development and Scope of Organizational Behavior, Perception and Attitudes, Personality and Values, Motivation: Concepts & Applications ,Power and Politics, Emotional intelligence, Decision-making of individuals and groups, Team Management and leadership, Organizational deviance, Organizational Justice, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship, Conflict Management, Organizational Change and Organization Development, Person-organization fit
