Course Aims
The aim of this course is the effect of human-machine systems, environmental systems, security, hardware to provide the necessary knowledge work-related accidents.

Course Contents
Development of mechanization in harvesting horticultural crops, fruits, shaking machines, principles, apple, cherry and cherry fruit harvesting methods and technological methods for processing of fruit harvest, fruit harvesting machines and operating principles, the methods used in harvesting vegetables, vegetable harvesting machines and operating principles.
