Course Aims
This subject aims to teach European Migration and Asylum Law as well as its practice.
Course Goals
To teach European Migration and asylum law.
To teach the relationship between Migration and Asylum Law.
To teach the difference between asylum and migration law.
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
To enable students to learn about European asylum and migration law and practice.
To enable students to understand the relationship between European and Turkish asylum and migration law.
To enable students to understand the basic principles of European Law.
Course Contents
This course focuses on EU Migration and Asylum Law. The legal basis of the EU regulations on migration and asylum, obligations of the EU member states under various EU directives on migration and asylum and EU-Turkey agreements in the area of migration will be examined within the scope of this class.
