Course Aims
Damage formations in industrial machine parts, and to investigate reasons of failure formations, top find the solutions for presentations of failures.
Course Goals
1. Understanding of failure formation.
2. To understand the possible damage mechanisms in mechanical parts.
3. To comprehend the causes of damages mechanisms such as fatigue, friction and wear, corrosion, thermal and mechanical failures.
4. To perform the analyses of mechanical and thermal failures by finite elements based program.
5. Treatments for the presentation of failures.
