Course Aims
The aim of this course is to teach students discipline procedures and objections against them and the conditions about permission or disallow for trial of officials.
Course Goals
To know the discipline crimes and punishments of officials
To learn the procedure and principles of disciplinary proceeding
To know objection to the disciplinary punishment and remedy to the disciplinary punishment
To know principles in permission for trial of officials and preliminary inquiry
To identify the conditions of trial of officials without permission
To know the principles and methods that is adopted in trial of officials

Course Contents
The concept of official and its correspondings in comparative law, rights and responsibilities of officials in law of personel, discipline crimes and punishments, procedure and principles of disciplinary, finalization of disciplinary proceeding and inflict a disciplinary punishment, objection to the disciplinary punishment and remedy to the disciplinary punishment, assessing example decisions for the disciplinary proceeding and punishments in dijudications, assurance systems for officials and its results, correspondings in comparative law, The Law About The Prosecutions of Public Servants And Other Public Employees and before regulations , intangible rights and privileges of officials and its results, duty offences of officials and related proceeding and trial rules, permission for trial of officials, related principles and methods, permission or disallow for the trial of officials and its results, remedies and application methods to the permission for trial, general assessment and discussing the case studies in the light of court decisions
