Course Aims
To teach those students who want to specialize in public administration how and in what ways the administration may be hold liable in case of a damage caused by the administrative transactions and actions, to determine the details that the administration should pay attention in its transactions and actions.
Course Goals
The methods and types of indemnification of the damages caused by administrative transactions and actions
To know the factors to pay attention during the establishment of administrative transactions and actions
To know the juridical application methods in case of a damage created by the administration
To learn the terms and forms of Full Remedy Actions in case of an administrative law suit
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
The evaluation of the decisions of supreme courts
Course Contents
Liability, law of liability, the results of the transactions and actions of the administration, the liability of administration, the distinction of faulty and absolute liabilities, the discussion of court decisions through full remedy actions
