Recognition and teaching of all tools and processing equipment used in seafood processing plants for process, storage and hygiene
Course Goals
Learning of seafood processing equipments used in processing plants, usage of appropriate equipments, hygiene of seafood equipments
Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit
1) to learn the instrument equipment used by the processing plant 2) Learning the proper tools and equipment selection process in the seafood processing plant
Course Contents
To know what features and how to use equipment which will be used in the phase of which tool is being used in all processes in the seafood processing plant
