Course Contents : Probability: Counting, Permutation, Combination, Probability Definition, Conditional Probability, Bayes Theorem.
Random Variable: Definition of a random varible, probability function, distribution function, expected value and variance of a random variable, joint distributions, some discrete distributions.
Continuous Distributions: Normal Distributions and Standard Normal Distributions.
Languages of Instruction : Turkish-English
Course Goals : To teach finding probability of an event with intuition of a sample space
To teach how to find probability of a normal random variable by using standard normal table
Course Aims : To find probability of an event with understanding of a sample space. To give an understanding of a random variable and find probability of a normal random variable by using standard normal table.
