Course Contents : Eye. Light and light microscope. Numerical aperture. Code system using metrics in microscope. Measurement of things under microscope (micrometrical slide and micrometrical ocular). Explaining of observational methods (squash method, paraphine method etc.) in microscope, dyes, taking magnification in microphotography. Fixation of tissues. Advanced preparation technique in microtechnique (banding technique, FISH or GISH). Microscopes for specific purposes, electron microscope (teorical). Basic equipments, glasses and chemicals in a Biology laboratory.

Course Goals : To recognise of mictotechnique as ideal to students.
Course Aims : Course gives, to pupils of Biology science, technical details and some spesialities of microscope which is the most important tool with some slide preparation and measurement techniques for Biology laboratories.
