To comprehend reasons of sex abnormalities in humans
To make chromosome maps by measuring the distance between recombinant frequency and genes
To discover how the mutations emergence and effects of the mutations to the living organisms

Course Contents : The determination of sex, The sex chromosomes in monoploid and diploid organisms, Primer and secondary nondisjunction, Gynandromorfizm, The determination of sex in humans and sex abnormalities, Gene linkage and recombination, The chromosome maps and factors affecting crossing-over rate, Mutations (gene mutations, mutations of chromosome structure and of chromosome numbers), Polygenic and quantitative heredity.

Course Goals : The target of the lesson is to teach origin of sex-dependent inheritance and mutations
Course Aims : The aim of the lesson is searching for answers about the roles in emergence of genetic variants of sex, gene linkage and mutations.
