Course Contents : Scientific development of cell and microscope in the history, the relationships with other Biology disciplines. Cytoplasmic structure of plant cell. Chemical features of cytoplasm, determination of moisture and dry substance, effects of chemical features to syntethic nourishment media. Physical charcters of citoplasm (osmos, plasmolysis, transpiration, iyon antagonism, mycel structure etc.). Important organelles and their fonctions, ergastic substances. Nucleus (genom, chromosom and gene organisations), nucleolus. Structure of DNA, replication ve translation, genetic code. Cell cyle and quantitaive analysis of cycle (mitotic index). Functions of chromosom, caryotype analysis. Gene and gene mutations. Cell division; mitosis and meiosis. Cell wall and structural characters, callose and importance of callose. Sencronization in living of cell. The use of radioizotops in cell level. Description of special plant cells in respect of structure and functions.

Course Goals : To teach scientific details and the place in application of plant cell.
Course Aims : Course has been explaining productive features of plant cell in high organisation plants taking into account cytoplasmic structure, substances and specific organelles with some application.
