Course Contents : Stages of Recombinant DNA Technology, Restriction enzymes, Using of gene carrier vectors, Plasmids, cosmid and bacteriophage vectors, Usage of host cells in DNA clonning, Genomic libraries, Methods of Recombinant DNA Technology, Polymerase Chain Reaction, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, Southern Blotting, DNA Sequencing, Current applications of Recombinant DNA Technology.
