Course Contents : Volcanoes, hot-spots and plate tectonics; Four classic eruptions; Magma-the hot stuff; types of volcanic activity; Lava flows; the mechanisms of pyroclastic eruptions; Pyroclastic Fall Deposits; Pyroclastic Flows (ignimbrites, surges), Debris Flow; Caldera complexex; Submarine volcanism; Extraterrestial volcanism.
