Course Contents : Solar energy, its geometry its radiation and collector, the drying definition, its factors and models,drying systems with solar energy,active and passive stytems,frame type solar energy furnace ,solar furnace with collector and condensation, solar energy furnace solar furnace design radiation and collector calculation, furnace capacity structure equipment tools climate and applications and mathematical modelling.

Course Goals : To determine the quality changes that can occur in products during the solar drying of agricultural products.
To determine agricultural products suitable drying or not and also the quality changes that can occur in products during the solar drying systems.
To make design of solar drying systems and mathematical modeling of experimental study of solar drying systems
Course Aims : The aim of this course is that products are stored for a long time without spoiling, solar drying is one of the drying methods used and mathamatical modeling to teach the concept.
