Course Goals : There are various legal traditions in the world. An Islamic law student has to know different legal traditions. There are many institutions in a Law system. Law student has to know institutions as as well as law systems. We will try to compare institutions in different law systems.Therefore researcher can find out similarities and differenties between legal institutions. As an example we will compare equity in Common Law and istihsan İn Islamic Law.
