Learning Outcomes of The Course Unit : 1) Have the knowledge of techniques and methods for utilizing the Internet in education
2) Plan, select and evaluate Internet resources thet can be used in classroom instruction
3) Use the Internet resources for inquiry and develop instructional activities for this purpose
4) Use the Internet for communication to design and develop collaborative learning projects
5) Be aware of instructonal implications of visual and auditory resources on the Internet
6) Use effective searching strategies to reach accurate information
7) Be able to communicate with others through the Interent
8) Have the knowledge and skills to use virtual labs, museums and so on.

Course Contents : Basic concepts about the Internet, online biblography, effective Internet searching to access accurate information, using the Internet for inquiry, WebQuests, collaborative and interactive Internet-based learning settings, Web 2.0 and social resources, online labs and tours.

Course Aims : This course aims (a) to provide students with knowledge and skills about the techniques and methods of integrating Internet applications into teaching and learning processes and (b) to have the students to adapt themselves to developments in Internet technologies.
