Course Contents : Liability insurences; compulsory liability insurences; optional liability insurences (fire insurences, insurences of merchandises, life insurences); liabilities of insurer and insurence holder; the content of compensation (indemnity)

Course Goals : The purposes of this course is to evaluate the differences between optional and compulsory insurances; the liabilities of insurer and insurence holder and the limits between them; to give detailed information about the optional insurances and the case law developped by Turkish Supreme Court
