Course Aims
The objective of this course is to introduce the student to the basic concepts of the mechanical behavior of composite materials

To learn terminology used for studying mechanics of composite materials
To make macro and micro analysis of multi-layer composite structures
To determine mechanical behavior of fiber reinforced composite materials
To determine mechanical behavior of laminate reinforced composite materials
To develop creative solutions to engineering problems
