Course Aims
Learning relevant occupational health and safety legislations, understanding of the legal authority and responsibility, learning the necessary measures for the prevention of work accidents

Course Contents
Fundamentals of occupational health and safety, legal and regulatory aspects of occupational health and safety in Turkey, the employer's legal responsibility and legal sanctions, organization of occupational health and safety in the workplaces, work-related accidents and diseases, occupational health and safety legislation on mining, safety measures for underground mining, safety measures for surface mining, risk analysis and evaluation
