Course Contents : Metallography is The importance of metallography, microstructure investigations made by metallography, sample preparation for optical microscopy techniques, to be considered taking the sample, the samples molding, cold and hot forming, cold and hot forming materials, the sample surfaces, polishing, polishing tools, mechanical polishing technique, automatic polishing, diamond polishing, non-destructive polishing, electrolytic polishing, chemical polishing, the theory of polishing, etching, etching reagents, chemical etching, Macro etching, electrolytic etching, coloring dağlaması,, mechanism, etching, etching time, Metallurgical microscope, optical microscope and its properties, high temperature microscope, microscope and optical microscope methods for investigation of the structure
